NIOSH approved for environments containing certain oil and non-oil based particles.
The 3M™ Particulate Filter 2091, P100 helps provide respiratory protection against exposure to lead, asbestos, cadmium, arsenic, and MDA. The filter is effective for concentrations up to 10 times the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) with half facepieces, or 50 times PEL with quantitatively fit tested full facepieces. This filter helps protect against a wide range of oil and non-oil based particulate contaminants. 3M’s Advanced Electret Media (AEM) provides a comfortable lightweight, easy-breathing combination. The 2091 is commonly used for welding, brazing, torch cutting, metal pouring and soldering. Inventory needs and training requirements of safety equipment are reduced because this filter works for many different applications. The filter is both flame and water resistant. Industries where this filter is commonly used include agriculture, construction, general manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and primary metals.
The filter works with a wide range of facepieces, including 3M™ Half and Full Facepieces 6000, 7000 and FF-400 Series. If used with 3M™ Adapter 502, the filter may also be used with 3M™ Respirator 5000 Series or 3M™ Cartridge 6000 Series. If used with the 3M™ Scott™ AV-632 Bayonet Adapter, the filter may be used with the 3M™ Scott™ AV-3000 HT and AV-3000 SureSeal facepieces. The filter is NIOSH (National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health) approved for environments containing certain oil and non-oil based particles. The filter has been assigned the color code “magenta” in the NIOSH system. Passing NIOSH’s P-series test criteria, the 2091 P100 filter provides at least 99.97 percent filter efficiency against particles.

RETURNS
The return of items in original as-shipping condition will, in general (see below), be accepted for credit. Please contact Customer Service via sales@azsafetysupply or through our online help desk to obtain a RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. This will ensure we are both aware a return is coming, and that credit needs to be issued.
Returns are expected to be done within 30 days of receipt of order. After that we may not accept items of any type in any condition for return. Customer will need to be responsible for paying freight on any returns unless there was a mistake or mis-shipment on our end. In that case we will pay to return those items.
RE-STOCKING CHARGES
We only charge a re-stocking fee when we are charged one ourselves. Depending on the product, and the manufacturer's policies, there may be a re-stocking charge applied. These are in the range of 15-30%.
Please package returns appropriately, keeping record of tracking numbers. Insure the package if warranted, as we can only issue credit for returns we actually receive back from you.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
The following items are not refundable, or have certain restrictions on return.
CALIBRATION GAS: We are unable to accept returns on gas due to manufacturer's policies and associated HazMat fees.
SINGLE GAS MONITORS - Some single gas personal monitors, like the BW GasAlert Clip Extreme for example, once activated cannot be shut down and will continue to run for their two year life span prohibiting these items from being shipped because the alarm may be activated during transit. Additionally, these items are unable to be resold after activation. Of course, if you haven't yet activated your monitor, you can definitely return it.
USED ITEMS - You can only return for credit unused items in their original packaging so they can be resold. Once used an item is non-returnable. The exception to this would be for warranty situations. If you are unsure whether an item is returnable, just give us a call or email with questions.
CUSTOM and SPECIAL ORDER - certain special order items that need configuration as well as items that get custom imprinting or logos may not be cancellable and certainly cannot be returned unless the product is defective.
REFUNDS
We can only issue credit to the credit card originally used to purchase an item. The customer will be responsible for cost of shipping the product back to us. Products cannot be returned after 30 days of purchase.
